On request we issue a Declaration of Compliance (DoC), a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) and the producing mill's migration test reports for the delivered material.
Cupstock and food-grade papers are produced against the EU framework regulation (EC) 1935/2004, regulation (EU) 10/2011 for PE/PLA coatings, US FDA 21 CFR 176.170 and 177.1520, and China GB 4806.8. Test reports are issued per production batch.
The usual set is overall and specific migration testing (EN 1186 series), sensory testing (EN 1230) and heavy-metal screening.
MOSH/MOAH screening is mainly relevant to recycled fibre. We supply virgin-fibre grades with low mineral-oil migration and can provide test reports on request.
Yes. For playing cards and game boards we can arrange testing to EN 71-3 and EN 71-9 (EU) or ASTM F963 (US), depending on the destination market.
FSC-certified options are available for most grades. State the requirement in your enquiry and we will confirm chain-of-custody documentation and the certificate code.
Standard compliance documents are normally issued within 2–3 working days after the material and batch are confirmed.
Yes. We provide wood-origin declarations and supplier traceability information for the fibre used in the grades we supply.
